There are a number of personal-care-supplements which are available in different forms. Either they are in the form of medicines or beauty enhancement products. Primarily the personal care supplements are used for personal care from different diseases and defects but there can be some negative impacts of them also.

This depends upon the frequency of their usage and the quality of an item. Personal care supplements are mostly used for visible parts of body but sometimes the medicines for internal care are also included into personal care supplements.

All of these items are applied on the outer parts of body. Beside these, there are certain medicines which are used to take care of body parts from inside thus enhancing the growth and making them healthy.

Thus one can say that the main purpose of both kind of products i.e. those which are meant for outer parts and those which are used for internal parts, is the same. However, the products applied on outer body parts can have a negative impact also. As some of them contain chemicals like mercury, excess of this may damage the skin or any other organ on which they are applied.

The medicines which focus on internal health don’t have side effects as such as they are mostly the extract of natural items and they contain those ingredients which are required by the body otherwise. Sometimes these medicines focus on specific part of body for example hair and nail but the main objective of most of them is to keep the body healthy and fit.
