Eating low-fat doesn't mean that you are severely restricted in what you can eat for there are a variety of options out there for you to select from. Eating is important to the health of your heart, which needs nutrients to keep functioning properly. Eating a lot of salt can contribute to high blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease.
